Neurodiversity

So much of what neurodivergent folks bring into therapy isn't actually a problem to fix. It's a mismatch between how your brain works and a world that was mostly built for a different kind of brain. My job isn't to make you more "normal." It's to help you understand how you actually work, unlearn the shame that's often layered on top of that, and build a life — relationships, routines, work — that fits you instead of fighting you.

That might look like untangling years of masking, figuring out what's you versus what's anxiety or trauma response, navigating a late diagnosis, or just having a space where you don't have to perform neurotypical to be taken seriously. I bring curiosity, not an agenda, to figuring that out with you.

I work with neurodivergent individuals and couples, including relationships where one or both partners are neurodivergent.
